Hi, I’m Errin

I help women and girls like you figure out who they are and what is important to them, so that they can create the life they want but on their own terms! My focus is helping my clients take an inside-out approach to designing a life and career of fulfillment.

For twenty  years, I climbed the corporate ladder, doing what was necessary to be successful. In 2008, my life was turned “right size” up after experiencing a corporate lay-off.  Initially I did not see this as a positive experience but in a few short months I began to count my blessings.  So yes, I know how you feel. I have walked in your shoes of success, failure, frustration, fear, wanting and waiting.  Instead of lamenting I chose to make lemonade out of the lemons of life and you can too!

After my “right sizing” experience, I found my love and passion for coaching.  I became a Certified Leadership and Life Coach and have used my gift in private, public and non-profit sectors to empower people to live their best lives.

My experience taught me to search for authenticity, fulfillment and to define success on my terms. These are the same things I share with my clients, I help them create alignment needed to be authentic, fulfilled, and successful according to their personal desires and goals.

Being crystal clear about what you want your life to look like and setting the systems and tools into place to have your life and  career  support that vision is where I can help you.  Together we can create a roadmap that provides the directions to put you in the “Driver’s Seat” of  your life and career instead of having your career drive you and your life!

Keep Moving Forward,

Errin C. Baugh
